N4E1 Fall 2008 Collection

I rarely come across a brand that meets my expectations, but N4E1 has exceeded them. The preview for their Fall 2008 collection looks very promising, featuring premium street wear gear that's rarely done in this industry. This concept is something i always look out and hope for in any brand. Pictures from HYPEBEAST

Where to go, what to wear, cover charges, who to talk to, even the prices of drinks; he will tell you. Definitely check out the section on How to Cure Hangovers. Check out the entire site HERE

Sundays Throwback Video #4

This weeks Throwback Video: Sublime - Wrong Way. This was the first song i heard from Sublime and it was my introduction to Ska. I use to carry SUBLIME with me every where i went so i can bump this song. I consider the band to be a classic and i will be 100 years old and still listen to them. I wish i had a cool dalmatian. Sonic Boom!

The Triumvir x Street Figher: Shadaloo "Crime Syndicate" Pack is here! But i don't want to talk about it. If you want to know about this monumental collabo, then check out Brandon's Blog

What i do want to talk about is how big this collabo is. Almost every sub-culture there is, is finally uniting through the medium of fashion. Sports, skateboarding, music, bicycles, graffiti, tattoos, drifting; all of these and more are a part of, and foundation to, the street culture.

Now, video games are starting to be more recognized and this collabo proves that. Everything i love is coming together...

More pieces dropping for Fall 08!

Karate Master Disgraces Martial Arts

Not cool. The guy in the darker gi had been disregarding the rules throughout the match and kept striking even after Prof. Isao Nakamura had stopped the round. These actions invocked the guy in the white gi (Nakamura's little brother) to strike the guy in the dark gi. The actions during the match was unacceptable but what was more unacceptable was the way Nakamura decided to handle the matter. Watch the full fight

ABSOLUT KANYE

Kanye and Vodka

Drop it like it's hot

I just got back from Vegas last night and i had a chance to see the limo from Lil Wayne's Lollipop video. The Big Blue Limo has 3 separate VIP sections, 6 feet high interior (you can stand up and walk around), 11 flat screen TVs, interior stairs and can hold up to 45 people. Yes, 45. With a limo this big, she better lick the wrapper.

Sundays Throwback Video #2

This weeks Throwback Video: Weezer - Buddy Holly. This video basically revolutionized the way i saw a lot of things. This was definitely my first experience of Robots. I saw it in my early elementary school years on my very first computer, Windows 95, on one of the very earliest versions of Windows Media Player. The fact that i was watching a video on my computer tripped me out. I was also surprised that the video had the whole Happy Days theme going because i use to like that show. Overall, Love the song, love the video. AYYYYY!

Dragon Ball: The Movie

Iv been meaning to say something about this movie ever since i started this blog, so without further ado, Dragon Ball: The Movie! Directed by James Wong (Final Destination, The One), this new 20th Century Fox adaption of Dragon Ball will revolve mainly around Goku's fight against Lord Piccolo. It's one of the older stories but maybe its setting up for a trilogy...?

I use to love the show in my younger years so of course when i heard about a live-action movie coming out, i got pretty excited. Yeah it's a very Americanized and yes Goku is white-college student. But i really feel that this will be a very cool movie nonetheless. Movie is currently in post-production but should come out on theaters Summer 2009. EXPECT AN OFFICIAL TRAILER IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS!

CAST:
Goku - Justin Chatwin
Bulma - Emmy Rossum
Piccolo - James Marstars
Chi Chi - Jamie Chung
Master Roshi - Chow Yun Fat
Yamcha - Joon Park

Class of 2005

So i found my high school year book, and it happened to be pretty inspirational. Reading everyones comments and looking at the pictures from my senior year brought back the mindset i had when i was a senior in high school. One thing almost everyone wrote down was for me to "stay the way i am". I don't know if im still the same but sometimes i do forget to be true to myself and the comments everyone left in my book reminded me to always keep it real. Check out your yearbook today, you might just learn from it. Go Terriers!

Check Up on Ron

One of my good friends RonK, aka Rusty, can magically make any album come out before there release dates. Then go check out his blog at: CheckUponRon.blogspot.com

Street Fighter vs. Triumvir

Triumvir has put up a teaser pic for their new Triumvir x Capcom collection. If you wasted your quarters playing Street Fighter at your local liquor store, then this is for you! The collection will basically revolve around the new STREET FIGHTER IV, which should be hitting arcades here in SoCal sometime this year. This is a major collabo so stay posted for any updates!
