The Last 27 Hours

So last Thursday night i got a txt saying that my schedule has changed and that i had Friday off...I woke up Friday around 12pm and i couldn't figure out what to do. I havent had a free day like this in a long time so i decided to document my version of a lazy friday.

I woke up and tried hitting everyone up but because everyone was at work/school/out, i decided to just go ahead and grab me some good food over at Phoenix in San Marino (my first choice was McD's but im glad i didnt go there)

I went back home and FINALLY cleaned the inside of my car. Time went by quick, especially since i was bumping some classic Weezy. I actually borrowed this cd but i put to good use!

After cleaning the car, i just remembered that there was a release party for the Converse x UNDFTD, so i headed out to the Silver Lake UNDFTD

I love my chucks, but i just had to update to a 2009 version

I thought showing up 15 mins early will guarantee me some kicks but the line was ridiculous! A girl pulled up next to the line and asked what we were waiting for. No one said anything except the guy in front of me who told her, "JONAS BROTHER TICKETS!"



After 45 minutes of waiting i finally got to the other side of the building. Amp Energy sponsored the event and came out with a dope Ford Flex.

So what happened after an hour and a half of waiting in line? As soon as i was in the front door, the workers came and and said "SOLD OUT!" Ye, i was upset but i was also late for the homies bday so i headed out to K-town for some KBBQ!

After K-town i headed back down to Riverside where i met up with some other homies and grabbed a few beers. The next morning i headed BACK to LA but sorry, i didn't take any pictures of the trip or of me waiting in line AGAIN for the kicks. But i did take pics when i headed over to my favorite spot out in the Santa Monica, Simpang Asia. This was honestly the fourth time iv been there while the sun was still up

Hey look what happened last week....

So finally after being denied twice (once in Silver Lake, and the other one online at 12am Sat) I finally came back home to Riverside with some new chucks. It came in a nylon tote bag and the shoes are actually invisible, thats why you can see the sole. See you at the next IKONE event!!!

My schedule this weekend: Party on a yacht, Party with Common, Check out Indonesian Culture Night at UCLA, Celebrate a birthday, and Universal City Walk for a farewell dinner. CANT WAIT!!!
